Description : We are looking for Product coordinators. Company : Mini Rodini. Location : Stockholm
We are looking for two Product coordinators. One ordinarie and one temporary position, due to Maternity leave. You will be a part of the production team where you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and samples are delivered in time, in the correct quality and look. You are the contact point between suppliers, logistics, warehouses and other parts of the company in production and sample related questions. You have a responsibility to ensure that production is met in accordance with the Mini Rodini Quality and Sustainability Standard.
As a Product coordinator you will work closely within the production team, but also with other functions in the company as well as external suppliers.
You will report to the Head of Production & Assortment and the position is based at our Headquarters in Stockholm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order and handling samples and track the status of production
- Evaluate and comment on samples, fabrics and trims
- Clear and efficient communication internally and externally
- Secure the timeline from a production coordinator perspective
- Follow up in-line and final quality inspections together with Sustainability & Qlty coordinator
- Follow up on claims and productions issues
- Responsible for all order follow ups
- Responsible to share product updates internally
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience from similar roles preferably within a sustainable brand
- Educated to a degree level within textile is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English written and spoken
- Good knowledge and experience of working in the Office package
- Great administration skills
- Product detailed oriented
- Personality: Structured, driven and prestige less
